This is an EDUCATIONAL service you will not find anywhere else. The service is a simple three step process where you are "interviewed" your wine is analyzed and recommendations are made. You receive a written report with test results, how they relate to your wine, an evaluation of the wine with recommendations and procedures as necessary.

Get an "EDUCATIONAL WINE PROFILE" of your wine.
Send a sample of your wine to WAYNE STITZER, Consulting and receive a report of analysis that will include the % Alcohol, the Residual Sugar, Total Acidity, the pH and the Free Sulfites. A sensory evaluation (description of the aroma and taste) and comments or recommendations as necessary. The sample could be a "problem wine" that needs help or a finished wine that just needs a second opinion. All test results are explained so you know how they relate to your wine. Recommended procedures are witten out so they can be easily followed. Contacts are provided if ingredients are needed to carry out a procedure.
